Gratuities go into a "tip-pool" and are distributed amongst employees who work in either the dining room or kitchen to create your dining experience. A 6% surcharge will be added to all food and beverage sales in accordance with San Francisco's employer mandates. A service charge of 22% will be added to all parties of six or more and all of which is distributed to employees.

Cotogna offers several unique hosting opportunities. For groups of 6-18 guests, our Chef’s Table experience is the ultimate expression of festive, seasonal farm-to-table dining, indoors or outdoors.


For larger parties, we offer an exclusive private event space in Jackson Square, walking distance from Cotogna. It is perfect for a wide variety of occasions, offering three distinct areas to host groups large and small. Our dining room, outdoor terrace, and event space are also available for exclusive use.

With a multitude of private, exclusive use and experiential dining options, Cotogna events bring to life the exuberance of Italian food and drink.
